Typography design with “BFF” adorns the tangible relationships of friends stored ni one's heart.
I wanted to create a package design for friendship bracelets that didn't look like a typical package.
I had to plan which pieces and how many of each piece I would need to construct this box by creating a digital template for the box.
I created the design using typography by manipulating and designing the letters "BFF" to represent the interconnectedness and sometimes chaos of friendships.
I knew I wanted there to be an interactive element on the box to continue with my theme of relationships and friendship. This is why I made the heart hands as liftable flaps with a clear plastic sheet underneath to preview the bracelets. The hands making a heart are from two different people.
