Spacefest Music Festival 2492

This concert poster is for an imaginary music festival called “Spacefest”. This festival will take place on May 6th, 2492, which is the next date on which all the planets will align. I largely focused on composition for this piece and used the golden ratio as my inspiration for the structure and layout of the astronauts and text. I used the composition to lead the eye towards the astronaut floating farthest in the distance to create depth. I stuck with a color palette of four main colors to represent the cohesiveness and fluidity found in space.
