Nature’s Abundance Observational Drawing

I chose a vibrant arrangement of fruit to draw. I was given the task of creating an organic drawing. I decided to compose the piece in this way because I found that the fruit being cut off the page and being at different angles made the piece unique and interesting to look at. I enjoyed scrutinizing each piece of fruit to find various color values in the fruit that I otherwise wouldn’t have seen. For example, I used purple to shade some parts of the kiwi.
